Online Purchases

ikésenti is committed to providing quality shoes and handbags to our customers. However, Ikesenti can offer exchanges for the following reasons and up to 7 days after receipt of your product:

  • The item was faulty or damaged prior to transit
  • The item you received was incorrect from what you ordered
  • For the shoes, it is vital that you ensure the sizes/measurements as mentioned in the size chart align to your measurements. If you measured your sizing correctly but it was still wrong for your foot, then we will be able to exchange the shoe for the correct size.

If for any of the above reasons you wish to return your purchased items, we will be happy to do so under the following conditions;

  • We ask that orders are returned in their original condition and not worn, with all product tags and packaging intact.
  • An ‘Intent to Return’ email has been sent to our team at returns@ikesenti.comstating your order confirmation number and reason for return.

In-Store Purchases

We offer exchanges on full-priced items for up to 7 days from the date of purchase provided they are unworn and in perfect condition.

We do not offer returns for change of mind on in-store purchases.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items purchased in-store.


Ikesenti cannot offer exchanges or refunds if your item, is lost, misdirected or delivered late or damaged in transit on its way back to us. 

Please note, all of the colours and textiles displayed on our website are extremely accurate to that of the actual item as well as measurements. So we encourage you to make your selections carefully ensuring you are happy before you proceed with your purchase. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds if you decide you are unhappy with how the item looks, although this is at the discretion of the team. Having said that, our product is designed and manufactured to the highest standards. 

‘Intent to return’ are accepted up to 7 days after receipt of your purchased ikésenti item. Delivery of your ikésenti item would normally be signed for by you as proof of receipt of your purchase. Requests to return products after this period will be accepted at our discretion.

We do not accept any Exchange/Returns on items bought on sale, with a discount, or from our partner site.

For ALL RETURNS we will exchange or refund on your purchase price using the original payment method and less any initial payment costs. Postage for returns are at the customer's cost. please note all returns are to be sent to the following address:
